Over the last 2 weekends of September you are invited to visit Artists studios in and around Huddersfield

Opening Parties at each venue Friday 19th Sept 6-9pm
Open Studios continue Saturday & Sunday 20th & 21st, 27th & 28th Sept 11am - 6pm.

Studios are often personal and private spaces, each one unique and individual, directly reflecting the character and persona of the artist.

I didn't know all these artists and workshop / studios existed until this event.

They are places of contemplation, design, inspiration, isolation, collaboration, creation, construction, spontaneity, frustration, de-construction, relief, exhilaration and relaxation.

Some will be chaotic, others havens of calm. Some spaces are heaving with a mixture of creative folk all working side by side, while other sites offer undiscovered pockets of individual innovation and expression.

During HOST artists from around the region offer you a snippet of their world. The trail invites you to experience the variety of work in a range of different atmospheres. Enjoy.
